We work with leading suppliers to ensure the products you buy from us perform as specified in the product information provided on our website and technical product datasheets. Product warranties are managed by our suppliers and assessments on defects are made on a case-by-case basis. We sell our products on a business to business arrangement and subject to Artex’s terms and conditions of sale. Under our terms and conditions of sale you can request a repair or replacement for any of our products if they become defective within the first 12 months of purchase. Where you are a consumer and you purchase Artex products direct from Artex then this paragraph does not affect your statutory rights.
