Artex took the decision to re-open our site after a temporary closure on the 24th March.
We did this in an effort to support the government’s call to keep construction sites and hardware stores open during this time. As a key supplier to these markets we wanted to support this.
We have reviewed the current situation, thinking of both our colleagues and customers along with their families. As a result, we have taken the decision to temporarily close in order to support the country in its efforts to halt COVID-19.
As of Friday 27th March the Artex site closed. We have experienced a high level of returns & rejections so if you no longer require your order anymore please let the customer service team know on the below email.
We are planning to re-open in line with the government guidance, so will keep you up to date as this develops.
We apologise if this causes disruption, but I hope you can appreciate our decision, and want to reassure you that we are constantly looking at ways to improve the situation we are in.
