Introducing the new and improved delivery service from Artex

In our recent customer satisfaction survey, our customers gave us our best ever score, putting us in the top 16% of the TLF UK Customer Satisfaction Index™*.

This is great news, but it’s about to get better. As part of the survey, our customers told us they wanted to see improvements in our delivery performance, particularly with notification of delivery changes.

We’re delighted to announce that in response to your feedback, we’re bringing you a new and improved delivery service in partnership with our new haulier – Knights of Old.

Starting Monday 12th March, you’ll see our brand new fleet of energy efficient vehicles delivering to stores across the UK.

Key benefits include:
  •     Live tracking, notifying customers of any delivery changes as soon as they happen
  •     Pallet labelling and proof of delivery, ensuring orders are always accurate and traceable
  •     Enhanced driver training for our drivers and FORS accreditation, providing safer and more efficient deliveries
